Powder coating services is usually preceded by a full sanding to remove imperfections and corrosion. 4. Preheat the wheel in an oven to remove air from the alloy.

6. Allow the wheel to cool for approximately 20-30 minutes.
7. Inspect the surface carefully to ensure that the finish is even and of a high standard.
8. Remount the tires, check the tire pressure and balance the wheels.
