A1:We offer online video training and face-to-face training at our factory, both free of charge.。
Q2:Can you provide the voltage in my country?
A2:Yes, we can. Usually we have 220V (single phase), 380V (three phase) ,and we also offer customized voltage.
Q3:What languages does your machine support?
A3:Our machines support English and we also offer customized languages.
Q4:What about after-sales service?
A4:We provide after-sales service. We can usually help you remotely, or if required we can visit your premises to resolve after-sales issues face-to-face.
